stichtingscharter Explanation: Dit is maar een zware gok, en ik heb slechts een paar hits op Google gevonden, maar ik denk dat je bij "fondation" in elk geval naar het woord "stichting" moet gaan ipv oprichting. Kan ook handvest van stichting zijn of iets in die richting. Misschien helpt je dit wel op weg Groetjes Chantal "Nieupoort werd op duinenland gebouwd, dit getuigen sommige zijner klimmende straten; ook Oostende zooals blijkt uit het stichtingscharter van 1276.
