Les actes de la pratique (contrats divers, notamment de charte-partie, transmission de papier commercial...)
I would have thought it just meant as per your context - the documents, the paperwork and that 'la pratique' refers to whichever trade is being talked about. Accounting? .....trade documents would be my best suggestion
