The document is about storing cereals in silos:

It's the 3000 points that I'm not sure about, is this perhaps something to do with the drying capacity?

100 - 76,47 = 23,53 kg d'eau évaporée

(Poids à 35 d'humidité - Poids à 15 % d'humidité = Poids de l'eau retirée).

Dans le raisonnement qui précède, nous sommes partis d'un produit à 35 % d'humidité pour arriver à un produit à 15 %, le nombre de points d'humidité retirés au produit est donc de 35 - 15 = 20 points.

neutral  David Goward: Your ref. states that a "point" refers to one percent of moisture (35% to 15% = 20 points), which doesn't explain the 3000 points in the question.
