French term or phrase: Décor...de grotesques et arabesques
Décor polychrome de grotesques et arabesques

Will that be "polychomatic decoration with grotesque and ornamental (objects)"? Can't really say "poly. decoration in arabesque", no?

Multicolored design of grotesque and arabesque themes
Explanation:
Points to consider:

1. Depending on the context, "décor" may or may not be "decoration." I am suggesting “design,” but, depending on the context, the English word "decor" may fit just fine.

2. "Polychromatic" is fine. "Multicolored" sounds more "English" to me.

3. "Arabesque" is a well-recognized design style and should not be translated.

4. Transforming "grotesque" and "arabesque" into adjectives and adding a noun, such as "themes," will enhance the readability of the English translation.

Grotesque and Arabesque (Style ) polychrome decoration

Explanation:
perhaps arch. jargon , polychrome should be kept as it is , and style may go well with this context,
(note: in a Arch. dictionary polychromy used as adj.as well)
