Hello from Canada,
The Bulgarian's answer was the closest to mine.

Sad as it may sound, but French translations from the English are really very poor, especially on most of these Web sites. I, too, provide translations services. I am a French Tutor and Replacement French Teacher for public and private schools.
I can translate most documents in a variety of Industries.
Very impressed with the quick response.
If I could be of any help in other tests like the one I submitted, please do not hesitate to contact me at this email:
Thank you

His pants were covered with dust particles and Rita's breasts pointed up...

Explanation:
poussiëres is n the plural right? In Belgium, people tend to use "poussiëres in the plural, like "prendre les poussiëres" (= épousseter in France). I think that here "rempli" means "covered with."

As for Rita's breasts...who knows?

dust

Explanation:
His pants were covered with dust...
You can leave out the word "particles"
If you want to make it even shorter, just say
His pants were dusty...
