(page également disponible en français) On pourrait donc penser que P = petrol et D= diesel. Resterait le H difficile à relier parce que les deux techniques sont différentes, selon le carburant. Alors H = high performance ? Peut-être... Mais, chez PSA, on nous dit : moteur essence injection directe fonctionnant en mélange pauvre : le moteur HPi. OK, ça on le sait. Mais ensuite, nous trouvons : le moteur HDi (High Pressure Direct Injection).
