I think the author was being a bit creative when he wrote \" sollicité thermiquement\"
fully heat-treated
Hardened and tempered for improving material qualities.

If the plurial is that important to you just translate it as:
Heat treated disc brakes made of grey cast iron alloy.
But there is no context to tell us if the alloy is treated prior to machining the part or after.
