French to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial
French term or phrase:sur la base de la borne inferieure
number of shares offered to investors (sur la base...)
Also, can anyone help with this:
Actif economique = fixed assets + working capital deficit
It's "actif economique" that I can't find anywhere.
Multiple de chiffre d'affaires = (valeur des capitaux propres + endettement net) / CA
Can anyone recommend a good accounting/financial Fr-Eng dictionary?
Explanation: could be "based on/subject to the lower limit" but difficult to tell without more context.
actif économique = economic asset
capitaux propres = equity capital, net worth, shareholders' equity (or stockholders' equity in US English)
endettement net = net debts
chiffre d'affaires (CA) = turnover/revenue
