Bus/Financial
French term or phrase: rachat du parc // tolerance
Les véhicules objets d’un rachat de parc ne bénéficient pas des dispositions de tolérances indiquées aux articles 9.3 (tolérance kilométrique) et 18 (tolérance sur frais de remise en état).
Claire
English translation:fleet repurchase / allowance
Explanation:
"Vehicles that are part of a fleet repurchase will not be subject to the allowances mentioned in Article 9.3 (the mileage allowance) and Article 18 (the reconditioning-expense allowance)."

Notes: Use "kilometrage" instead of "mileage" if you like (although here it's excessively literal, IMHO, because here the contract is talking about the overall distance traveled by the cars or trucks). The English phrase "fleet buyback" is also common, and could stand in here for "fleet repurchase."

Explanation:
Hello, Claire -

Difficult to say without a little more context, but I suspect that the "parc" refers to a fleet of vehicles (leasing companies or companies having a fleet of company cars often sell them off before they become a liability.

"Tolérance" might translate as "allowance" in this case, but again difficult to say without more context.

hope this helps

fleet buyback // allowance

Explanation:
Vehicles which are subject to a fleet buyback cannot rely upon the allowance provisions set out in articles 9.3 (mileage allowance) and 18 (reapirs allowance).

Another version with "buyback" for a UK market.
