Alternative phrasing: "...ensured by the interest charged on the discount, at the 90-day PIBOR..." Or, if you want to cover both possibilities: "interest on the discounted amount..." In cases like these, the intended reader of the translation often has a better sense of the situation than we poor translators do, seeing only a tiny slice of the story! |
