This is an abbreviation used in the same banking document. "En cas de taux variable, l'emprunteur conclura à ses frais un CAP, objet d'un contrat isolé..."
I haven't seen this abbreviation before.

I don't know really. But if your text is talking about what we call "prêt en devises", i.e. in a currency other than the French franc, then the borrower needs to sign an insurance contract against any accidents that could prevent him/her from working. Such contracts are provided by specialised insurance companies.
