French term or phrase: which is right?

=
The capital increase to EUR 10.1 million incorporates a discount on the parity rate of 65%. This offers investors a considerable return on the company's pre-money market valuation.

or

X's pre-money market valuation of EUR 10.1 million incorporates a discount on the parity range of 65%. This offers investors a potentially high return on investment.

English translation:I think the first, but it's difficult to be sure...
Explanation:
Is it "valorisation à 10,1" or is it "augmentation à 10,1"? Is there perhaps a way you can check to see whether the figure of 10.1 represents a denominator in an equation producing a ratio of 65%? Is the figure mentioned elsewhere in the text?

For what it's worth, here's another version of your first translation:

"The capital increase to EUR 10.1 million creates a below-par rate of 65% with respect to the company's prior valuation, potentially offering investors a considerable future appreciation in value."

Thanks. Actually it was the second. I checked with the client. It was a pre-money valuation at EUR 10,1 million. But then, who's to know?!?!? They should be more clear!

third option using your choice of words.

Explanation:
I haven t checked vocabulary but rearranged your words. Check decote again. Anyway, my hasty, more literal suggestion would be :
X s valuation before the capital increase to Euro 10.1 millions as part of a 65% discount on the parity range offers investors a considerable return option.

I like your second choice, with only a small modification:

Explanation:
"X's pre-money market valuation of EUR 10.1 million incorporates an important discount on the parity range of 65%, offering investors a significant opportunity for high appreciation on the investment."

This has perhaps a slightly better "sales pitch" and is a little closer to the literal translation of the sentence.

Regards, and good luck.
