Bus/Financial
French term or phrase: receler
I have a problem translating this word in the following context:
"participations portant sur plus de 50% du capital des sociétés dont les titres seront apportés. Cette dernière catégorie se divise en deux sous-groupes :
. participations recelant des plus-values latentes,
. participations recelant des moins-values latentes."
Any help greatly appreciated.

involving, implying, entailing...

Explanation:
all given by Larousse. However, the implicit sense is "hiding" (containing hidden).

covering/hiding

Explanation:
receler is *to conceal*. My big Harrap's (still my all-time favorite dictionary, even if it is "paper") has the following:

jur: 1. to receive, Scot: reset (stolen goods); 2. (a) to conceal (child, partof estate of deceased person); to harbour (criminal); (b) la terre recèle de grands trésors, the earth conceals great treasures; grat treasures lie hidden within the earth; ville qui recèle beaucoup de curiosités, town that has many places of interest.

I think I would write, in imitation of the 2nd Harrap's transl. of earthly treasures: *investments with hidden capital gains/losses*
