Explanation:
1). Domaine(s)
– Banking

contract of suretyship CORRECT
cautionnement de banque CORRECT, MASC
caution de banque CORRECT, FÉM,
caution bancaire CORRECT, FÉM,
cautionnement bancaire CORRECT, MASC

CONT – A contract of suretyship establishes an accessory obligation towards a creditor ... If the debt should for any reason be extinguished ... the contract of suretyship also becomes void ... a bank acting as a surety will generally meet a claim from the creditor only if expressly authorized to do so by the principal.

4 hrs
performance bond

Explanation:
I don't have a lot of context here, but I don't believe "bonne execution" refers to the "surety" being being properly fulfilled. "Caution de bonne execution" is a performance bond, and what the "bonne execution" refers to is the proper performance of the contact. It's a guarantee taken out with a bank to ensure that the party fulfills its obligations.

Hope this helps shed a little further light.
