French term or phrase: traité d'apports
The context is the creation of a subsidiary company to manage real estate currently held by two companies which are members of the same industrial group. Their aim is to create a "société en nom collectif (pas de recours au commissaire aux apports)." In the process of setting up this subsidiary, they need to prepare "des documents juridico-administratifs" including "statuts" (statutes or articles of incorporation and by-laws, I suppose) and a "traité d'apports", which sounds like a list or agreement on what real assets are contributed by the two partners involved.

(capital/equity) contribution agreement, joint agreement
Explanation:
A "traité" is quite simply an agreement, a contract. This document will set out the list of the contribution each praty to the agreement undertakes to provide. It might be a good idea to indicate whether capital or equity as the use of teh word "contribution" alone immediately suggests to a retirement fund or soemthing similar although, admittedly, your context of joint venture is probably clear enough for it to be safe. For you to judge! Who knows, you may even decide to refer to the "traité" itself as a "joint venture agreement" although the same term is used in French and only you know whether it would work in context, that it might be pushing things too far.

joint venture
An entity formed for a specific purpose and duration between two or more parties. A joint venture may take a variety of legal forms including partnership, tenancy in common or corporation. The term originally applied to real estate development, but now applies to any such entity. (Your context is real estate, I believe, no?)

Property deeds

Explanation:
traite (sorry I'm missing the accent) means, "treatise, tract, dissertation, treaty, agreement." Apport means, "property brought by a husband or wife into the common stock; a shareholder's contributtion to the assets of a company; alluvial deposits."
Hope this helps.
