tax unit...
Explanation:
I agree with Frédérique. The whole sentence means
"Deferred taxes are netted/reported net for the same tax unit".
The idea being, since you're in a consolidation, that some companies may be taxed as a group, others not. If company A has a deferred tax asset and company B a deferred tax liability, then only one item (the net amount) is stated if A and B are part of the same taxable group, rather than reporting two separate lines.
Fun all this isn't it??

I was torn between a few translations of the term, but your explanation makes a great deal of sense in this context. Thanks for taking the time to help out on what has proved to be a very challenging text.

fiscal entity

Explanation:
This is a standard term. Here are a few examples of how it is used:

http://pr.fujitsu.com/jp/news/1999/Aug/24-2e.html

"Pending required regulatory approvals, the new company will commence operations on October 1, 1999, and from April 1, 2000 it will operate Europe-wide as a single fiscal entity to develop, manufacture and market a full range of IT platforms -- from notebooks to mainframes -- for consumer and corporate markets."

http://www.vta.org/inside/budget/glossary.html

"Enterprise Fund:

A distinct fiscal entity whose resources are dedicated to a specific purpose, and in which all resources and expenditures must balance. Expenditure appropriations may exceed revenues if an asset balance is available from the prior period."

http://www.ci.ithaca.ny.us/Clerk/BusinessStart.cfm

"Their role is to expand and develop our local economy into a thriving fiscal entity."

fiscal nature

Explanation:

In support of anami

Explanation:
I agree wholeheartedly with Anami's suggestion. His explanation is to the point. Shame on me for not opening my eyes to see the context provided by the asker. Hasty answers are bad answers.

I would suggest "on the same tax basis" or "on the same fiscal basis" if you feel you have to stay with "fiscal."
