Bonjour !

couru = accrued

The state of Missouri by act of Legislature, requires the surrender of the old 6 per ct. bonds, and the accrued coupons in exchange for consolidated Bonds which bear from the start only 3 per cent interest for 4 years and thereafter each succeeding four years to 1880, 4 and 5 per cent. In 1880 the rate of interest reaches the original 6 per cent

In Canadian French, the purists maintain that "couru" for accrued is to be avoided, or whatever (though I have often used expressions such as "les intérêts courus", etc.). Nevertheless, couru stands for accrued. In my French-German dictionary (the Potonnier I ordered from Europe), couru is listed as accrued (aufgelaufen).

frais = frees, charges, expenses, costs

I hope I have answered your questions satisfactorily, and I am wishing you a very nice, long weekend.

which includes/including accrued coupons and expenses

Explanation:
Hello again!
Can't beat the documentation above, but couldn't resist suggesting an alternative... I've often seen "expenses" used in this context, probably covers all sorts of "frais" relating to purchases of securities.

Hope you get your some of your bank holiday weekend!!
