Perimeter /affiliates Explanation: seems- it refers to affiliates or affiliated companies, perhaps perimeter can be used since it reffers to outer boundary , or if the main company were to be taken as core/center and affiliates in a circular area scattered around center-company( or holding ) Perhaps this may preserve "literal art " in originial text. |

consolidation Explanation: "Companies first included in the consolidation during the year..." "Périmètre de consolidation" is often translated as "scope of consolidation" ie the companies included in the consolidated financial statements. Here you could use "consolidation" to show that you mean group in the accounting sense, as I think a company could technically be in the group from an organisational point of view but not included in the consolidation (can't think why this might happen though). Or to get round the problem of "consolidées" later in the sentence you could say: Companies newly consolidated during the year are included as of... own experience : annual reports |
