AFC could be a « projet d’accès facilité au capital », an AFC project, thus by extension « rendement AFC » could be return on a project with easy-access to capital. www.agr.ca/policy/adapt/information/pdf/conseils.caa.9899.p... L'une des conséquences administratives de ces projets d'accès facilité au capital (AFC) est l'excès de charge de travail qu'ils représentent comparativement aux projets auxquels on accorde des subventions ordinaires. Les projets AFC exigent qu'on vérifie constamment s'ils se déroulent de façon adéquate et conformément aux contraintes imposées par le Conseil lors de l'octroi du financement. De façon générale, ils s'étendent aussi sur une plus longue période de temps que les projets qui ne reçoivent qu'une simple subvention. Un projet AFC qui ne donne pas un bon rendement et qui compromet les investissements du CAA est susceptible d'entraîner une charge de travail supplémentaire pour l'effectif du CAA.
