Bus/Financial
French term or phrase: le reporting, le scripting
le reporting financier
le scripting
la visualisation et qualification des appels en attente suivi par un contre appel de technicien,
I don't have a context for le reporting and le scripting I'm afraid but am I right in thinking that they are simply translated as reporting and scripting. If they are, I never asked this question. In the sentence, what is contre appel? A callback???

English translation:Yes: reporting and scripting;
Explanation:
Reporting and scripting are both computer (informatics) terms, and seem to have entered French through the back door. That is, I don't find any dictionary entries for either one, but plenty of websites in French that make use of them. Le *reporting* also is a financial term (or at least is used by financial institutions in French), but, from the context, it doesn't look like you are dealing with finances here. Again, *appel* can be used as a financial term (call action), but your context doesn't look financial to me. I may be all wet, but it looks like **queued calls followed up with a technician's call** [From Termium: English:Data Processing call s CORRECT,NOUN,STANDARDIZED DEF - The establishment and possible use of a temporary connection between a data source and one or more data sinks. s OBS - call: Term and definition standardized by CSA. s]
