je sais ce que c'est, mais je ne trouve pas un équivalent élégant en anglais (ni beaucoup de boîtes qui en proposent ici !!!)

J'avais pensé à 'company savings scheme', mais si quelqu'un a une meilleure idée, merci de m'en faire part...
