French term or phrase:prise de contrôle
I know the usual definition of "prise de contrôle" is "takeover". In this case, however, we are talking about the control temporarily taken over a credit-union type institution for the purpose of conducting an inspection, not a permanent "takeover" of one company by another.
Please could you set the term in an extract from the original?
