parallel accounts Explanation: This is referring to companies keeping two parallel sets of accounts in the changeover period from the Franc to the Euro! I don't know of an 'official' translation as yet, in English, but I think 'parallel accounts' or 'parallel accounting' would be understandable and unambiguous to most people.
