payment date / payment
Explanation:
As I read it, Francesco comes close in that "échéance" is the word used to describe the date upon which a payment falls due. It is also commonly used to describe the payment itself, being used then as a synonym for "mensualité" for example. A payment schedule is an "échéancier".

Whether your software is actually going to just note the payment date or make the paymebnt automatically changes how it might be translated. In the former case, "payment date" works, in the latter, then "payment" alone would probably do the trick.

"Trésorerie d'état" is pretty much the same thing as "Trésor Public", I believe. Never the less, for me, the meaning of "trésorerie" here is just cash, cashflow, cash situation. Globally meaning that the software is going to take care of recording (reminding?) when payments of certian things are due, perhaps even going as far as taking care of making the payment itself and it relates to the company's immediate cash situation, hence "trésorerie".

tax due date/settlement date

Explanation:
The tresorerie part could either refer to the accounts department within a firm or the tax office. The second example might be used in the case of a firm's accounts.

disagree  Nikki Scott-Despaigne: Agree for due date/settlement as poss. for 'échéance' but not with tax as tax office is "trésor public", not "trésorerie

settlement dates of the accounts department

Explanation:
The accounts department of a company (trésorerie) settles/pays the bills. This software helps them to keep track.

cash maturity date

Explanation:
échéance de trésorerie also means: billets de banque, mandats postaux, chèques, traites etc. venant à maturité = ready to cash on a certain date; in this case it is translated as cash maturity date.
This could be what the software is keeping track of
