Bus/Financial
French term or phrase: décrochage
It appears in table that's entitled "Decrochage promo":

"Decrochage de l'enseigne par rapport a elle-meme" (and then appears a comparison of 4 large retailers by arithmetical and weighted average with all negative figures.
"Decrochage de l'enseigne par rapport au prix marche" followed by the same info.
"Decrochage par rapport au prix (name of retailer)"
The heading of the slide is "competitive analysis" and it discusses average price per product offering.

Any thoughts?!
Thanks, Karen

erosion
Explanation:
Décrochage usually means a falling out, dropping out, giving up, stalling (in an economic context that is). Enseigne means corporate name or tradename. The two together would mean "erosion of corporate name" or even "loss of goodwill" (although 'goodwill' in French translates to survaloir or even clientèle). The idea is that the companies being compared are experiencing corporate name attrition.

Decrochage de l'enseigne par rapport a elle-meme: erosion of corporate name with respect to oneself

Decrochage de l'enseigne par rapport au prix marche: erosion of corporate name with respect to the market price

brand switching?

Explanation:
"décrochage" is switchover, as in changing TV channels etc. If this is a sales matter presumably its measuring the effect of different parametsrs (price, advertising,...) on brand (dis)loyalty.

Decrease

Explanation:
Considering you are dealing with a financial document and that the figures are in parenthesis, negative amounts, the same amounts can only increase or decrease.
