customer service center for assistance

Explanation:
Hello,

I'd just translate "à votre écoute" as "for assistance." You have to say what is natural in English. It literally means "to listen to you", but in English we'd say "to help/assist you."

We wouldn't say "customer service center at your service". Even, "at your disposal" is not likely, but it can be said, however.

I hope this helps.

Is this what they say on the telephone? If so, it would be just "How can I help you?". I'm not really sure I understand the context now.

You would never pick up the phone in the US or any English-speaking country and say "at your service/at your disposal". No way! You may see "at your service", and to a lesser degree, at your disposal, in writing when advertising customer service care.

I'd just said "for assistance" to be safe. You could say that in writing and on the phone (I think). I'm not sure. All I know is that we are dealing with customer care service here.
