French to English translations [Non-PRO] Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / company phone policy
French term or phrase:unités concernées
From a company phone policy, this section referring to phone accessories:
A l’épuisement des stocks, ils reviennent à la charge des unités concernées qui les commandent selon le processus achat en vigueur.
I've tentatively put 'relevant departments' for 'unités concernées' - is it 'relevant departments responsible for ordering' or 'relevant departments, who will then order...'?
Sheila Wilson: 14:06 Feb 23, 2009: Both of your suggestions are grammatically correct, with the first being a neater solution if it fits with the rest of the translation. I think I would use department in the singular though - only one is relevant to any particular case.
