Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / company phone policy
French term or phrase: unités concernées
From a company phone policy, this section referring to phone accessories:

A l’épuisement des stocks, ils reviennent à la charge des unités concernées qui les commandent selon le processus achat en vigueur.

I've tentatively put 'relevant departments' for 'unités concernées' - is it 'relevant departments responsible for ordering' or 'relevant departments, who will then order...'?

agree  rkillings: But stick with "units": you may need "department" for something else (e.g., Direction) and the relevant units may be divisions, entities, business lines, etc. And "relevant" here is perfectly good English ("appropriate to the matter at hand").
