Oops, after reading the title and the answers, I read the Liz Askew's description... If this is from the manufacturer, or even from a retailer, I think the price is the "manufacturer's suggested retail price" or MSRP. But if the list is from an insurance company, then I think it's the "scheduled reimbursement amount"
