French to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general)
French term or phrase: avis de convocation
I konw this is usually translated as "Notice of meeting" but here the company has only one shareholder who is being invited to take decisions at a certain time on a certain date.

"Avis de convocation" is the heading to the letter to the sole shareholder from the Chairman of the company.

What do you think about "Notice of decisions to be taken"?

Your ideas much appreciated!

notification to attend

Explanation:
This seems to be the simplest solution.
The convocation itself is a notification, so the avis is extraneous.

Notice to Attend

Explanation:
I don't know if this is an 'official' translation, but it certainly corresponds to the reality of this sort of document — and gets round the issue of how many attendees constitute a meeting!
