I know this has to do with the Provisional Acceptance of the materials for the wind farm, but not sure hwo reputee works here, much appreciated thanks

So you couldl phrase it something like "Deemed Provisional Accptance" or Deemed to be Provisionally Accepted", Provisional Acceptance Deemed"...
