French to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Construction / Civil Engineering / Roofing
French term or phrase:Couverture en terrasse à tasseaux
Il s'agit de la phrase suivante, extraite du CV d'un couvreur :
"Façonnage, traçage et pose de couverture en terrasse à tasseaux"
Roll cap is a roofing technique involving zinc and battens
Automatic update in 00:
3 hrs confidence:
terrace roof with battens
Explanation: Not quite sure what this means in concrete terms, given that there seems to be no actual roofing material (tile, slate, etc.) and that I would have thought "lattes" would be more normal than "tasseaux" for roof battens or, as they say in Norfolk, "splines".
