French term or phrase: prise en feuillure
this is about doors

Ce principe de mise en oeuvre de l'oculus est donc tel que la prise en feuillure du vitrage est de 16 mm, le jeu en fond de feuillure est de 3 mm environ, le jeu entre parcloses et vitrage est nul.

sthg like "rabbet attachment" perhaps...?

English translation:glazing depth
Explanation:
This appears to be the glazing depth, i.e. the distance, be it at the top, bottom, or sides of a pane of glass, the glass overlaps the rebate. The rebate depth will be a few millimetres larger so there is a gap between the frame (inside the rebate) and the glass (usually a piece of rubber or soft wood is inserted, especially at the the bottom, to cushion the glass and prevent it moving).

The "gap" being the "jeu en fond de feuillure".
