Garbage IN / Garbage OUT...?

My logic is that the ground levels at the boreholes are being recorded according to some kind of grid reference.

Could it be that Robert= repère and Budgétaire = ? "something I can't think of right this moment"

le repère de la grille xxxx

Explanation:
Repère can refer to a "coordinate system", i.e. x and y coordinates.

I fail to see why there should be a connection between borehole positions and budget (unless this is on rough terrain and access roads and platforms have to be built to higher levels, etc.).

I tend to think there's another typo here - something like parcellaire - but two BIG errors in so few words is a little excessive ...

Not so much a typo as a "dictapho".
