In context, the person is being asked to provide his/her PSI. So it has to be something that the person is able to hand over, a document, information, etc. As others have suggested a couple of EN terms, those might need to be considered too. English creeps in all over the place. You will need to ask what the letters stand for. Without that information, you'll be in Guessworkland, which is not a comfortable place for a translator to be.

What sort of work were they doing? What sort of accident? Was fire involved? Do you have any idea whether the PSI is a device or a document?

Also, who is "vous", a worker? a company?

I think we can only guess at this, and it's probably a company-specific term. "S" could be "sécurité". Or it could be English, such as "personal safety information".

This is a written warning from an employer to an employee who had an accident, it probably is part of health and safety.

I found a healthcare one too, but the question header is construction, so this is presumably site safety. But I agree that we need the context.

What is the context here? The text mentions 'incident', is this something to do with accidents in the workplace? I have thought of one plausible meaning in a healthcare context, but don't know if that it relevant here; and to whom is you document addressed? "Les PSI font partie intégrante de votre travail" — OK, so who is this 'vous' who is supposed to deal with them?
