Aujourd’hui, XX et YY nous reçoivent dans leur magnifique fromagerie qui évoque le 17e siècle, puisqu’elle est construite uniquement avec des mortaises et des chevilles de bois. On y retrouve trois fromages : le Paillasson, ce fameux fromage à rôtir, la Faisselle, le fromage frais et le Raffiné.
