I don't understand the "positive" part of this. Is it a certian type of refrigerator/cooler? Thanks.

agree  Tony M: Yes, in equivament texts, they would use "négative" to refer to a freezer; do note, however, that this "cellule" is DIFFERENT from the "chambre froid" (which MAY be your walk-in refrigerator) that follows; more context really needed to clarify.
