French term or phrase:correcteurs d´acidité
i don't have any specific context but i'm having problems deciding on the clearest word combination.
Although the term 'correctors' does exist, it is probably not the most appropriate in terms of things like food ingredients. 'corrector' implies that there is some 'correct' value of acidity that has to be achieved.
