laissez vous tenter par une brassée de crevettes en nage indienn succumb to a shrimp/prawn stir-fry in Indian sauce Explanation: or an Indian shrimp stir-fry or curried shrimp stir-fry or prawns, too, depending on your target audience not as eloquent as nage Indienne, I grant, but I find that on a menu a loose translation is best, otherwise it just sounds stilted in English. If you must keep the "swimming" pun, try "bathed in Indian sauce". |
