I've never seen this before. I sounds like it's something similar to a bouillon, but what is the right term?
The other possibility is that a word is missing. Any ideas?
As it appears you're translating the recipe reeny is referring to, "herbs" are mentioned in the instructions but not in the list of ingredients (other than the coriander and mint to decorate). Could this be it?
Just found that recipe on the web, definitely looks like a word missing as it's not in any of the other Pescatelles recipes listed in the chef's corner. Had it been another word for a bouillon, the quantities wouldn't be in grammes they would be in floz or cl I would have thought...
