For "rigidité diélectrique", the obvious translation is "dielectric strength" but then what do I do with "résistance"???? HELP - vocab needed for meeting later today.

dielectric strength = (effectively) the voltage against which it is proof -- as the other answerer says, the voltage it will withstand, it's just that we don't say it like that, we say 'dielectric strength testing' to measure the 'proof voltage'
(dieletcric) resistance = the static resistance even at low voltages
