Explanation:
Yes, it's to do with not being able to carry keys on the Sabbath. Looks like the English term is a shabbos lock or a shabbat lock.

agree  Shabelula: shabbo is mostly used by American Jews coming from Eastern Europe, or US Jews in general, I'd use Shabat or for Shabat without too many details

agree  LD TRANSLATIONS: I would spell it Shabbat but any Jew would get it (Shabbos Shabat etc)
