Is there a term for this in English? 'Divisional meter(s)' gets one or two googles, but I'm not convinced. Any other suggestions?

agree  Robert Frankling: "Submeter" means a meter or series of meters installed downstream from a master meter. The property owner pays in bulk and charges his own customers for their individual consumption.
