Provisional Delivery Explanation: The contracting authority (Owner) may establish provisional delivery to pay contractors for the costs of supplies and services delivered and accepted by the Government or Tenderee under the following contract conditions if undefinitized: (1) Letter contracts contemplating a fixed-price contract.
