I am not sure if I am misreading this sentence?? Can anybody out there help?

La charge d'impôt figurant au compte de résultat correspond à l'impôt sur les sociétés dû au titre de l'exercice ainsi qu'aux contributions exceptionnelles de 10% et de 10%.
