French term or phrase: droit d’alerte éthique
I am translating a document issued by a bank for its staff and this is the title: "Le droit d’alerte éthique des collaborateurs". It is about the employees' right to inform their line managers or the Compliance Manager questions of risks of compliance problems.

Any ideas on how the term "droit d’alerte éthique" should be translated? "Right to inform managers of possible compliance problems" seems a bit long-winded.

Yes, someone told me about a doc on Eurockear's website, where "droit d'alert éthique" is given as the French translation of "whistleblowing". The exact translation here would be "whistleblowing policy". Euroclear also uses "right to report workplace malpractice". Thanks.
