I am translating a whole document about the "offre" of a company, so I don't want to mess up big time by using the wrong word. Here is the original:

Date prévue de l’OFFRE: Il est prévu que les actions nouvelles soient émises le 7 juin 2006

Montant de l’OFFRE: La totalité des actions composant le capital de XXX à la date du présent prospectus, soit 2 500 000 actions intégralement souscrites, entièrement libérées et toutes de même catégorie, ainsi qu’un nombre de 712 500 actions nouvelles à provenir d’une augmentation de capital, sous réserve de l’exercice éventuel de la Clause d’Extension

Durée de l’OFFRE:
Le début du Placement Global est fixé au 29 mai 2006.
L’Offre Publique durera jusqu’au 6 juin 2006.
Le Placement Global durera jusqu’au 7 juin 2006.
