French to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / bureau de change
French term or phrase:dirigeant effectif
This occurs in the following phrase:
'candidats dirigeant effectif et responsable blanchiment proposes'
I am fairly sure this refers to the 'actual' or 'day-to-day manager' but am not sure if this is the right expression.
On another note, but less likely, the 'effectif' could refer to cash and therefore cash manager, but I am inclined more to the first interpretation.
It remain quite strange: either it is HR (but would rather be effectifS ou simply RH) or it is actual. But actual would rather be expected when the person is not supposed to be manager and act as one, than for a candidate!
