I found very little when researching this, just a Gaz de France 2006 filing with the AMF (French and English) which used this term in reference to other items underlying their performance analysis. Maybe your document uses it in reference to other (more general) factors that underlie the financial analysis. You might be able to tell based on the context of the remaining document...
