French term or phrase: Part d'XXX totalement diluée dans Holding
THis an heading extracted from a set of draft accounts that with others will provide the accountants with theinformation to prepare consolidated accounts. The litteral translation is obvious, but doesn't make sense as the company XXX is reported as 100%.of the shares.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks in advance

English translation:The fully diluted equity in Holding attributable to XXX
Explanation:
Why does this not make sense? Maybe at Holding they know ownership is not 100% at all other subsidiaries, so they're filling this in pro forma. Or because last year it was not 100%. Or because the dilution was caused by a minority interest who no longer exists. I don't think you need to second guess. :-)
