French term or phrase: action retraité
Dividende net versé par action retraité de la division du nominal

This is from a company registration document in a section stating the proposed dividend price etc. Does it mean that there are shares that are withheld from the 'division du nominal' and can anyone explain it to me? Thanks in advance!

(net dividend per) share adjusted (for the share split)
Explanation:
or ("for the reduction of par value"), which is just as good -- and instantly recognised as the very definition of a share split.

Do NOT use the word "restated"! In this context it would have all the wrong implications. Companies "restate" figures in their financial statements only when they are forced to correct accounting errors or irregularities (usually the latter). This is about a merely analytical adjustment to spare the reader doing the arithmetic.

~1 million Ghits for "split-adjusted". ("Split-adjusted net dividend" would be also be a good choice.)

The Thomson Reuters doc is not a germane reference. The only thing being amended and restated there is the legal document itself, their dividend reinvestment PLAN.
